It's time to stop that nonsense! The market may
be struggling a bit, but we're not. And you shouldn't be
either! We are closing more loans every month.
If you have a good deal, it can get funded.
Period!
Here's the deal. I enjoy working with a select
group of Commercial Real Estate Professionals around the United
States. I work to help you grow our business.
And, in addition to being a Commercial Real
Estate Financing Professional, I also know a thing or
two about Marketing.
So, not only do my Commercial Real Estate
Professional Partners have access to some of the most unique
Commercial Financing Programs, but you also have access to my
vast marketing knowledge.
My mission is to help each of my Commercial
Real Estate Partners be the top Commercial Real Estate
Professional in their market. Which is why I typically only
work with only one Commercial Real Estate Professional in any
specific market area.
You don't need me working with your
competitors. And I prefer to build relationships with those I
work with. Together we can build your Commercial Real Estate
business.
However, a word of caution. You need to be
willing to commit to this partnership too.
So, if you're interested in becoming a Partner
here's what you need to do. First, jot down on in an email
a short description about yourself and your business. Tell me
what your niche or area of specialty is.
For example, do you specialize in the Office
Condo Market, Multi-Family Market, etc.?
Next, tell me how long you have been in the
business, what geographical area you work in, and please
include some information about YOU, such as hobbies,
etc.
Here's the thing. I did not become successful
until I figured out that the only way for me to succeed was to
help others succeed.
You see, if I put forth my best effort to help
YOU become a BIG success in your market or niche, I never have
to worry about my success. It is only natural that if I help
you to succeed, I will succeed.
Call it the "Earl Nightingale' Syndrome. If you
don't know who Earl Nightingale is, go to Google and type in
his name or try typing in "Lead The Field", or "The Strangest
Secret".
Earl was the Godfather of the Self-Improvement
movement. His insights about people and success are some of the
best I have ever read.
Okay, so now you know what to do. What are you
waiting for? You do want to be successful, don't you? And no,
that's not a dumb question. Some people really do not want to
be a big success. Sure, they may say they want to
be successful. But then they don't do the things that can make
them successful.
As the late, great Vince Lombardi once said,
"The only place success comes before work is in the
dictionary."
So lets get to work on making sure you own your
market! No more "the economy is bad" excuses. It's the same
economy for everyone, including me, and I'm not having any
problem growing my business.
