Please keep in mind that this information is not just for people new to the Commercial Mortgage Market. It is not at all unusual for market veterans to make these mistakes from time to time.

And it happens because at times we get caught up in the emotion of the moment. And in doing so we might let our guard down, even for a brief moment.

And that's when it happens. Hey, we're all human, and we're all vulnarable to making mistakes.

The key is to recognize what those mistakes are ahead of time, so we can avoid making them altogether.
